Start-up Costs
A $1,000 one-time onboarding fee for existing plans and $500 for start-up plans. Your company may be able to receive a tax credit to offset the start-up cost. Please speak with your tax advisor.
Fee & Expense Information
Plan fees include a fixed administration fee and an asset-based fee. The fixed administration fee is billed quarterly in advance and is not pro-rated. It can be paid directly by the employer or from participant accounts.

Breakdown of annual asset-based fees
The asset-based fee is charged pro-rata to participant accounts and is determined by the total assets in each adopting employer's plan.
For example, if the adopting employer's plan assets are $1,000,001, each account will be assessed .55% annually (0.40% to Slavic + 0.15% to Castle Rock). The fees are deducted quarterly in arrears.
